The village of Roches Noires is only 15 kilometers from Grand Baie, the "Northern Riviera", widely recognized for its luxury shops, restaurants, clubs and its marina.

The villa is modern and well decorated, with an exotic planted garden. The white sand beach is there in front of the covered terrace of the garden with a breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean and its dazzling waters. The house includes a ground floor and 1 floor and offers an area of 300 m2

It has 4 bedrooms / 3 bedrooms with double bed / 1 bedroom with twin beds and a total of 5 bathrooms.
Note that one of the double rooms is much smaller than the others and overlooks the rear of the villa.

Ground floor :
- The living-dining room offers a magnificent view with direct access to the swimming pool and beyond on the sandy beach.
- 1 small double bedroom at the rear of the villa, double bed (140x200cm), bathroom with shower.
- 1 double bedroom, double bed (160x200cm), bathroom with shower, TV and sea view.

1st floor :
- 1 double bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), bathroom with shower and bath, TV lounge area, dressing room, safe and sea view.
- 1 double bedroom with double bed (or two twin beds), bathroom with shower and two sinks.

Villa Kavanga has quality furniture, air conditioning, Plasma TV screens with satellite channels, a dining room furnished with high quality finishes and a fully equipped teak wood kitchen with a granite top.
The villa has a private swimming pool (6m x 3m), covered terrace and balcony, iPod docking station, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, iron and ironing board, oven, washing machine and dryer, microwave.

Note: 2 cleaning ladies work from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. except Sundays and public holidays. Overtime: 5 euros per hour
