Downstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom (shower) and toilet plus a bathroom (shower) and a shared toilet, and an equipped factory (fridge, oven, hob).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with bathroom (shower) and a third bedroom. A shared bathroom plus an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, hob).
All rooms have air conditioning.
The rental includes the passage once a week of a cleaning lady and once after the departure.
