The Villa has been recently and lovingly restored to create brightness of spaces, privacy and intimacy completed with modern comfort , especially for this geographic area.

We always offer warm, friendly, Italian hospitality and we do our best to ensure that all needs are meet together with an outstanding cleaning !

The serene outside area offers a veranda with homey couches and a BBQ that allows for some chill out time together in complete quiet.
Everything surrounded by our beautiful mediterranean private garden.
You will access the property via car through an automatic gate with remote control.
Possibility to park two cars maximum.

You'll have the possibility to use the alarm system .
Alarm for outside + inside areas.

Because the home is made of 2 buildings, the main house and a dependance, guests will have to check in via safety boxes independently.
Please let us know if you would need the dependance during your stay.

The villa is located in a rural area where many infrastructures are limited , we try our best to compensate with features rare in this area but we can’t offer a standard “urban comfort” .
That´s our challenge!
This is a place to disconnect from urban life , enter intimacy with the sea and enjoy what this entails .

Very quiet residential villas area 30 m from the rocky beach, where you can swim in natural pools among the rocks.
Perfect for enjoying sea life, snorkeling, diving, or simple sun bathing and for exscaping from stress and city.

The water is so clean that is possible to see the ground!

Amazing Free beach in Pineta del Gelsomineto , only 7 min drive by car.
