Beautiful villa near downtown arles

Private villa adjoining our main residence but totally independent.
Our rental villa has an area of ​​75m2 that can accommodate up to 4 people, it is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- An entrance hall,
- A spacious and comfortable living room with TV,
- An open and fully equipped American kitchen for an area of ​​35m²
- A dining area with a table and chairs,

On the 1st floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe,
- A second bedroom with two single beds,
- A spacious bathroom with bath and toilet,

The accommodation is fully equipped: TV, Wifi, washing machine, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, barbecue, air conditioning, coffee maker, microwave, crockery and kitchen accessories, mosquito nets on the windows, linens etc...

You have shared access with the owners to the large green and enclosed garden of 600m2 very well maintained. Please do not touch the vegetable patch at the bottom of the garden. The owners take care of it several times a week in complete discretion.

You will exclusively enjoy the beautiful 50m2 terrace where you can sunbathe and share a warm meal with family or friends around the barbecue.
On site, you will be welcomed by Marie, a purebred Arlesian who knows all the well-kept secrets of this territory and who will be at your entire disposal to help you discover her Camargue! It offers you activities and unusual experiences so that you can make the most of your stay. She is also at your disposal if you wish to organize a particular event during your holidays, a birthday, a marriage proposal... In case of late arrival, a key box will allow you to access the house independently.

The city and its activities
The house will allow you to discover and visit this Roman city full of history evolving between tradition and modernity.
Arles hosts hosts many festivities throughout the year Funny Christmas in December, the famous feria in April and September, international photography meetings during the summer... not to mention the traditional Provençal events that punctuate the life of Arles residents.
You will also have the chance to discover the brand new Luma Tower made by Frank GEHRY located just 800m walk from the house.

The Camargue
It is appreciated for its climate, its calm, its wild beaches and the richness of its culture, its fauna and its flora.
Departing from the village of Salin-de-giraud or just a few km away, you have access to many activities: unusual horseback riding, kitesurfing, 4*4 safari, canoeing, electric mountain biking, fishing, excursions with a naturalist guide , visit of the saltworks... and for the less sporty you can simply enjoy the sun and idleness on the beaches of Beauduc (16km) and Piémanson (11km).

The village is also famous for its history and its way of life. Salt and organic rice are produced there, Camargue bulls and horses are bred there.
Life is punctuated by bullfighting activities in the arenas and village festivals, ideal for having a good time with family, lovers and friends.
