****** Charming Gite comfortable, quiet and spacious in the mountains

At the heart of Haute-Savoie, in an authentic and natural setting, our Gite Leyetaz of 170m2 can accommodate 6/8 people.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with a wood stove, a kitchen and a cartnotzet (TV room).
3 ears Gites de France.
It is located on the ground floor of our house. We live 2 floors above.
Ideally located 10 minutes drive from the Grand Massif ski area and 20 minutes from Praz-de-Lys / Sommand Les Gets and Morzine / Avoriaz.
In the summer, enjoy hiking, mountain lakes (Lake Blue Morillon 10 minutes by car ..), rafting, tree climbing ....
Come relax in the mountain summer and winter.
