This beautiful original character house was built in 1892 and while small has a beautiful open living space. The upper bedroom has a master bed and a large dressing room that can accommodate a supplied additional air bed. The upper bathroom has a large Japanese style jetted soaker tub, while the lower bathroom has a modern shower. The modern kitchen is well appointed and has a dishwasher. The cosy living room has a warm gas fired, cast iron fireplace and a trove of art and reference books to peruse. The backyard of the house is a quiet garden retreat with a great deck for sitting in the sun. The house is located on a major transit line and just 4 blocks from a sky train station that can transport you downtown within 7 minutes. Our location on Victoria Drive puts you within walking distance to great ethnic restaurants and the quirky Commercial Drive restaurant and shopping area.
