From heading up marketing initiatives, to founding non-profit organizations in Morocco and serving as Line Production Manager and Assistant Producer of award-winning cross-cultural and social documentaries and films, his energies are devoted to catalyzing a positive revolution of social leadership in Morocco and promoting goodwill between cultures. He works to promote peace, tolerance and coexistence through international networking and cultural exchange initiatives, panel discussions, cultural tours and workshops, parents and teachers associations involvement, community service projects and advocacy for children and women issues in Morocco.

2/ The Friendship and Citizen diplomacy World Conference Host and Organizer Trophée organized in Marrakech, Morocco.

It was for Lotfi's cross-cultural and interfaith and hospitality initiatives he undertook with NGOs, universities, churches and synagogues in Louisville, USA for peace and good understanding in the world.

- The Special Leadership Grant (Among leaders from 62 countries) at the World Friendship and citizen diplomacy conference, Washington DC.
- Leader of the year finalist award by the University Al Akhawayn, Morocco.

- 2006 to 2012: President of Azrou Al Khansae school parents and teachers association.
