The Tiny Bunker was designed and built with the vision for simple yet comfortable living that supports a deep connection with nature and a smaller footprint on the planet. The meticulously designed 160 square foot Tiny Bunker makes use of every inch and lacks for nothing.

With the small interior footprint, the majority of the space is dedicated to two truly magical outdoor areas. The outdoor main deck is equipped with a hot tub, dining area, fire pit, and seating area to relax and enjoy nature in. The second deck brings you even further among the trees, accentuating the winter views of the mountains. Read a good book, take a nap, or enjoy the view of the trees while relaxing on the outdoor patio furniture on the second deck. You can expect to see birds, deer, and other wildlife about while you enjoy the outdoors.

The Tiny Bunker itself was built with all the essentials and packaged into a cozy, comfortable, and retreat-like space. With an emphasis on sustainability, the Cabin is powered from the nearby community solar garden and guests can reduce waste by recycling and composting on the property. Tall ceilings, well equipped kitchen, unique high end bathroom, convertible working/dining area, and a comfy sleeping space with cotton sheets are a few of the features. Log in to your video streaming accounts and enjoy a movie while relaxing after a day of exploring. A complete coffee and tea bar, along with luxury shampoos/soaps are just a few of the other amenities provided.

This was the second time staying at the tiny bunker and it was just as great as the first! Everything from booking, checking in, and getting settled is an easy great experience. This was the first time my wife was able to come with so I was waiting to see how she felt about the place….well she loved it! We will definitely be back again!

1st Anniversary

We felt so lucky to secure a spot at the Bunker for our first wedding anniversary. It had everything we needed and felt very secluded and private. The drive to nearby Boone was down a beautiful winding road - its about 20 minutes. We loved our stay and exploring all the tiny home had to offer - a lot of love and hard work went into it and it showed.

So clean!

We were pleased to stay here for two nights. My husband really wanted a hot tub, but I’m nervous about their cleanliness. However, I had NOTHING to worry about with this one. It was so clean I gladly got in! The rest of the place is nice and clean as well. Be aware though, it lives up to its name of a “tiny” home.

Bunker home stay review

I want to emphasize just how tiny this property is but what it lacks in size it makes up in everything else. Absolutely beautiful experience staying here, unlike any other. Hosts have thought everything through from the finishes on the property, amenities, comforts necessities, and even high end toiletries. The views are breathtaking. Zero issues and only great vibes. 10/10 recommend!
