Small wooded condominium, surrounded by greenery, in a quiet dead end, parking, 6 minutes walk from a Metro station, 8 minutes from the center by metro. All shops around. Bike rental Toulouse 50 meters away. Around the apartment everything is well connected. It is the ideal place to visit Toulouse and its surroundings. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, two bedrooms with bed linen provided, a double bed and second bedrooms two single beds, 2 baby beds provided with bedding, a bathroom with towels provided + hairdryer, a laundry room + table iron + iron + washing machine and dryer. An open kitchen, with fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher + microwave, coffee maker + toaster + kettle + everything you need for cooking and dining. The living / dining room a comfortable table + sofa with flat screen TV with satellite channels. A balcony + outdoor chairs, electric heater, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector. I entrust you with my cozy nest, I ask you to take care of it, a deposit of 150 euros will be asked on your arrival and returned on departure. On site you will have at your disposal what you need to have breakfast in the morning all along your stay (Brioches, toast, rusks, coffee kelloggs, teas, milks, jams, butters, orange juice) the apartment is non-smoking, I only allow smoking on the balcony and to respect the condominium rules, no noise, respect the neighborhood.
I wish you a good stay in Toulouse, which is a very pretty city, its nickname: the Pink City.
