15 miles from EAA. Area has 3 grocery stores, Wal-Mart, shopping and multiple fast food. Short drive to Neenah's finest dining and downtown area.
The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 2 full living rooms with TVs, bar w/pool table and darts and a backyard for outdoor summer evening enjoyment w/small fire pit and large gas grill.
Park across the street has a walking path and HUGE park complex with playgrounds, baseball and soccer for your time away from EAA.
