The apartment is centrally located in the heart of the residential neighborhood. You can experience the day to day life of the surrounding area, while exploring the many sites and entertainments offered by this World Heritage city. Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator

Guest Access

Rooftop Studio apartment, with a quality double bed, and mattress. Kitchenette with a small fridge, 2 plate cooker and sink. Separate bathroom/shower across your private terrace (outside). Fantastic views of the Valletta skyline and surrounding seascape. Watch the sunrise and sunset from your deck.

We are happy to assist you with the transport organization, or answer any questions related to your holiday, just ask us!

Interaction with Guests

We created for you a house manual which you will find in the apartment, where we included our personal recommendations on restaurant, cafes and things to see however if you have more questions/requests you can easily contact us during your stay at any time on numbers provided.

Housekeeping/maintenance team is available to help out as well. Linen and pair of towels per guest is provided and ready in bedroom. Standard booking arrangement includes weekly housekeeping and linen & towels change.
Luggage storage is available in our office between 9am and 5pm Monday till Friday

The Neighborhood

Lovely peaceful neighborhood yet a stone throw away from the Valletta center. Close to the sea and waterfront.

Getting Around

10 minutes walk from the central bus from where you can reach the entire island.

Other Things to Note

The bathroom is separated and is located on the terrace. Please see pictures.

Please note that in the building is no elevator.
