This spectacular home has magnificent marsh views and is conveniently located across from the pool and beach access area. The house is comprised of 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, gourmet kitchen with open dining area, and great room which opens onto the balcony overlooking the marsh. The house will comfortably sleep 10.

Main level has 1 Queen Bedroom with private bath, top floor has 4 bedrooms: 2 Queen Bedrooms each with private baths, 1 Queen bedroom with shared bath and 4th bedroom has 2 twins and a shared bath. House also has an outside enclosed shower. All guests have access to resort amenities which include beach club, tennis, walking/biking trails, pool, fishing dock, workout facility, Coastal Dish restaurant and Starbucks.
