I welcome you to my 24m² flat with its 10m² terrace! It is located in the heart of a 16-hectare landscaped estate, entirely pedestrianised in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It is located 500 meters from the beach.

## Logement
Located in Grimaud in the heart of the Pierre et Vacances residence, the accommodation is cosy and is composed of a cabin corner with a single bed in height, ideal for your little ones, a bathroom and a beautiful living room space, with a sofa bed for 2 and a single bed, giving onto the terrace.
It will be very appreciated in summer as in winter and from which you will have a very pretty sight on the sea :)
You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay (filter coffee maker and Senseo according to your tastes, dishwasher, parking included).

You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city! The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
The residence of Parcs de Grimaud pierre et vacances is entirely pedestrian, for the greatest pleasure of the families.
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

It is a place adored by tourists where you can enjoy the beach and its azure water during the day and stroll in a Provencal and Mediterranean decor in the evening.
