I have been coming down to Southwest Florida area for over a decade. Recognizing the true beauty of the area I decided to purchase my own piece of paradise at Bonita National Golf & Country Club.

Why they chose this property

Bonita National Golf and Country Club is a new bundled golf community . It includes an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis In addition, this golf community now has several luxury amenities a short walk away from the condo. The clubhouse is located at the center of the community. In addition to golf, the amenities include an activity center, tennis courts, fitness center, resort-style swimming pool with food and beverage service, several satellite pools and utopia spa.

What makes this property unique

An elevator will take you to the top floor of my condo. The unique benefit of this beautifully decorated condo is a lanai with panoramic views of the main lake. My favorite place is sitting on the lanai, sipping coffee, while enjoying such lovely views of lake, clubhouse, golf range and first tee box. I love watching different species of birds including eagles, egrets and cranes and all of nature here.. A short walk away are two satellite pools. the main pool and the center of the community amenities, activities and dining.. The spectacular sunsets viewed from my lanai are different and amazing every evening.
