Located at 500 m from the Saint-François beach, the 29 m² flat is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, an open and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed including its adjoining bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Located on the 1st floor, the flat with high ceilings and a cosy atmosphere is composed as follows:
- Bright living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, coffee table, TV, dining area with table and 2 seats.
- Separate fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave oven, hotplates, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...
- Bedroom with direct access to the shower room, fitted with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- The shower room is adjacent to the bedroom and has a shower. The shower room opens onto an inner courtyard.
- Separate toilet.

The flat is located in the heart of a pedestrian street in the centre of Ajaccio, close to the Citadella d'Aiacciu.

- "Marcatu d'Aiacciu" market less than 300 metres away (every morning except Mondays).
- Local shops: pharmacy, grocery shop, restaurants and bar at 100 m.
- Saint-François beach (Sable beach) at 500 m.
