Large Spacious House In Fréjus

Large 100 square meter flat located in Fréjus, with a large garden and a nice terrace to have all your meals. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a nice equipped kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideally located close to Saint-Raphaël (with the beach accessible in 10 minutes by car) as well as the town centre.

The house is charming, with a large courtyard and a nice terrace with table and chairs, so you can enjoy your meals in the sun on sunny days. The accommodation is fully equipped and is perfect for a tourist stay with friends or family. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a sofa bed. In total the accommodation has a capacity of 6 people. The large courtyard also offers parking space for 2 cars. The house is quiet, and offers a perfect setting for a family getaway. You will have everything you need for a great stay: 2 coffee machines (one coffee maker and one pod machine), dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, hair dryer and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.The town centre is within easy driving distance for shopping, going to the market, and relaxing at the beach in Fréjus (10 minutes drive). There are also restaurants and bars right on the beach!

## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the French Riviera. It has also been rated a City of Art and History. It was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site with the largest French concentration of ancient remains after Arles.
There is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer).
