Pros: Good place to stay, close to popular attractions. Safe area with good amenities. Easy check and response. Gated key card was nice to drive right in and not wait in a line. Fireplace is a nice touch on the cold nights after the parks. Cons : The pull out couch esthetically looked nice but not functional for couch or bed as it was very hard and uncomfortable. Main bedroom could use a room darkening curtain as the blinds didn’t keep out the much light. We heard what sounded like tap dancing across bedroom floor nightly all through the night. Maybe just a situational incident from people above. We also let property managers know, front door did not seem secure as it did not close tightly and seemed very loose, leaving a gap when closed. All in all we did enjoy our stay but fixing just a few things would make it so much better.

this area. Pointe Royale is a terrific complex and you can do as much or as little as you want when in Branson. The unit was nice with a comfortable bed and nice space to spread out in the laundry room. The host was very responsive when we had questions.

This condo unfortunately is not up to the standards we are accustomed to. Upon arrival, we noticed the bathroom shower head and drain is covered in mold. Ceiling in bathroom has peeling paint and appears to have had a water leak. Unit has multiple cobwebs near the ceiling, corners, and baseboards. Fire alarm is missing. Outdoor deck is filthy and unusable. Screen door needs to be replaced and sliding door handle is broken/not secured. The unit has a moldy smell when the air conditioning unit comes on. While it is nicely decorated, the appliances and bathroom are outdated. We are disappointed and would not recommend this particular unit to others.

Great for 2 adults

Very clean and well appointed with supplies and kitchenware. Quiet setting away from the traffic and noise of Branson. Although small, this unit was comfortable for 2 adults.

The bathtub and sink in the bathroom were dated. There were bugs in the bathroom, and you could tell there had been water damage in the bathroom before. The walls throughout needed to be painted, you could tell it was likely a quick flip. There were marks all over the ceiling in the dining area. The sleeper couch in the living room was very uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping. The concept of the couch was a neat idea, but it was so uncomfortable we sat at the table and bar to watch TV. We were unable to watch TV in the bedroom as the only thing it would say is "no signal". We tried using both remote controls, but neither would allow us to do anything. We have stayed at Pointe Royal in the past and knew about the amenities it provided which we enjoyed. We would not stay at this condo in the future.

My boys loved going to the onsite pool. The guides to local activities were very helpful for our family as we were not quite sure what we wanted to do on this trip. The host responded to messages very quickly which was much appreciated.

The condo was very clean. The communication for check in and check out was easy to understand and went seamlessly. We wanted a quiet place to relax and have some downtime, this was exactly what we got. I would recommend this condo and will stay again
