This 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment is the entire upstairs of a single family home. We share a common entrance. Beautiful view of the valley.
One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other a double, plus a fold-out futon in the living room. Please refer to House Rules to make sure this place suits your needs.
Due to Covid-19 public health rules, vaccination is required, extra guests are not allowed, and social distance practices will be observed.

I have lived in Ukiah for 25 years. My children have flown the coop, so I rent out the upstairs which was once theirs, as a separate living unit for guests visiting Ukiah.

Why they chose this property

I love Ukiah and living on the east side! It's so close to town, but far enough away where you can see the Milky Way at night.

What makes this property unique

This upstairs unit has been completely remodeled into a 2-bedroom apartment, complete with kitchenette and living room space.
