South Seas is a spacious Island villa located in Silly Creek with over 4 acres of land. The property consists of the Main House, the Guest House and a Carriage House with a total of 5 bedrooms. The property features two separate step accesses into the water and several sitting areas and nooks for relaxing. This will allow guests in your group to find their space for peace and quiet. Guests may also access another dock across the street on the sound side of Silly Creek.
