An entrance hall, a living room with a flat screen TV, an open and equipped kitchen (a 4 burner gas hob, an electric oven, a hood, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer and a dishwasher): the whole opening onto a large terrace of 30m² with a south-east exposure where you can have lunch with family or friends thanks to the terrace furniture!
Finally a shower room with toilet.

Go to the first floor! A bedroom with 1 bed 140cm, a second bedroom with 2 beds in 90cm + 1 bed in 110cm, a bathroom with adjoining toilet.

You will find the washing machine in the cellar.

The enclosed garden and the terrace are not overlooked, so you can enjoy your holiday peacefully on the deckchairs provided!

Parking is in the street in front of the house.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
