Eco-friendly features, renewable energy sources (solar powered water heater). Ground floor: living room, kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single beds), WC, bathroom. Attic (2 single beds). Card-operated mobile phone. Central heating (+40€/week from Mid-October to late April), outside room with shared tumble drier. Terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, sunbeds, many shared open spaces. Charge for pet: 15€/day.
