Ideally located 50 m from a chairlift, this flat will be the ideal place to enjoy the 28 slopes of the Corbier domain. As a resort with the Family Plus label, there is something for everyone!
You will have a 38 m² flat with a living room, kitchenette and pull-out bed, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a balcony with a sublime view of the mountain. You will also enjoy the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing! Bed linen and towels are not provided.

The accommodation
Sleeping 6 travellers, the flat is as follows:

Day area:
- Fitted living room with pull-out bed (2 beds 80 cm x 190 cm), TV, DVD player and dining area for 6 guests.
- Fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (2 beds 80 cm x 190 cm).
- Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and towel dryer.
- Shower room with shower.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- Balcony, accessible from the living room, south facing with a sublime view of the mountain and the ski area.

Common areas of the residence accessible free of charge:
- Heated outdoor swimming pool, accessible from 18 December to 15 April, and from 2 July to 27 August. Outside these dates, the pool is closed. (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change).
- Sauna (reservation protocol to be seen on site).
- Fitness area.

The area
You will benefit from the ideal location of the residence, 50 m from the ski lift, 300 m from the first shops, and 350 m from the ESF kindergarten. At an altitude of 1,500 m, the Corbier resort offers exceptional views of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks. Everything is in place to ensure that you have a very pleasant stay!
A restaurant-bar "L'épicurien" is open in the residence in winter and summer. You can eat tartiflette, fondue, raclette but also pizzas. On order, pastries and bread in the morning.

Activities :
- There are many activities available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, tobogganing, dog sled rides...
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, visit to the farm, torchlight descent.
- The resort has been awarded the "Family Plus" label since 2006 with activities adapted to all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sled and scooter for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, discovery of the peaks on horseback...

Transport :
- Bus stop at 50 m which serves various places in the Corbier resort.
- Saint-Jean de Maurienne train station is 25 minutes away by car.
- Chambéry airport at 1h15 by car (shuttles possible from the airport).

Services available at extra cost from the concierge:
- Household linen.
- Cleaning during your stay.
- Breakfasts.

Other remarks :
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort.
- Pets accepted for an extra charge of €15 per stay.
- Private parking in the basement for one vehicle. The car park is directly accessible from the residence.
- Bed linen and towels are available on request, at an extra charge from the concierge.
- All children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the Book&Pay team (advertisement and reservation management service) and the Conciergerie des Etoiles (concierge / housekeeping service).
