On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa and TV (French and foreign channels) with a modern equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, classic and Nespresso coffee machine, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, microwave), access to the terrace with garden furniture (chairs and table, 2 armchairs).
On the first floor: a corridor with storage space leads to 2 bedrooms (one with a 140x200 double bed and one with 2 single beds), a renovated shower room and a separate toilet.
