**Here is a tour of the apartment:**

- A spacious living space, basted in natural light (South-Eastern orientation) with large bay windows opening to the wide terrace. This living space includes the following:
- A living room / lounge area
- A dining area that accommodates 4 people (with a bonus view of the sea while you have your meals)
- A semi-open kitchen, well equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve great meals, or just to make great coffee in the trendy Nespresso coffee machine (what else?). Second bonus: view of the sea from here too, when you have your morning coffee

- The icing on the cake, a.k.a. the terrace, with a dining table for 4 as well, for great al-fresco meals, and a sofa, for great relaxing time contemplating the sunrise. A view of the swimming pool and the sea further away with the famous Lérins islands in the background completes this idyllic setting.

**2 bedroom with the following layout:**

- The first bedroom with two single beds, closet/dressing and an open shower room...

- Communicating to the second bedroom with a large 160cm-wide bed, a closet/dressing and a smart TV, and a second bathroom with tub in this one.

Of course, it is possible to separate the two bathrooms with a retractable partition, which will also keep the bedroom separate.

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. **(Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.)**
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

Right out of the estate gate you will be able to pick your favorite destination of the day, within a few minutes away by car:

- The Plages du Midi public beaches and try to find a nice spot to set your beach gear and enjoy some sun (4 minutes away).

- The private beaches along the famous Croisette so you can rent a beach chair or two under the shade of a parasol, or just take a stroll along the seafront and go for a ride on the Carrousel or try racing some remote control boats (8 to 9 minutes away).

- The picturesque medieval district of Le Suquet to meander along its narrow cobblestone alleys, make a stop at Beija Fior to savor some red snapper fillets and later pick up postcards or a bunch of tiny but expensive souvenirs (5 minutes away).

- Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets (timing depends on your physical shape)

- The nearby town of Cannes La Bocca, an easy 5 minutes away, to check out the beaches, restaurants and other shopping opportunities.

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
