Open plan studio with a lovely sea view terrace which over looks the residence gardens, on the outskirts of Cannes Center.

An easy walk to the Palais des Festivals and a stones throw to the beach, this studio is ideal for attending one of the conferences in Cannes or for a holiday by the beach.

It has an entrance with storage cupboards, a shower room with WC and a washing machine, the main living area has an open plan equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, a flat screen TV and looks out onto the terrace.
