Resort style, third floor condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms at the Serenata Condominium gated community. Includes: full kitchen containing dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, plates, glassware, cutlery, utensils; washer and dryer; master suite with queen size bed, TV, full ensuite; second bedroom with queen size bed and TV; third bedroom with two twin beds; large dining table seats 8 comfortably; living room with two large sofas (one is a pull out which sleeps 2); outdoor lanai. Bed linens and towels provided. Unit is air conditioned. Serenata amenities include resort-style heated pool with lake view, tennis courts, self-serve car wash. Clubhouse includes fitness room, pool table and library.

Golfer's paradise with hundreds of courses nearby.

Less than 10 minute drive to SRQ airport.

Within walking distance to drugstores, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, groceries. Short drive to shopping, including The Mall at University Town Centre.
