Exceptional stone village house with private heated pool! Located in the heart of one of "he Most Beautiful Villages of France " Montpeyroux, this cottage is ideal for unforgettable holidays with family or friends in a chic and relaxed atmosphere! It consists on the ground floor of a lounge area with wood stove (wood provided free) and a lovely kitchen-dining room overlooking the garden. On the first floor, two bedrooms with a bed 140 each, a room with two bunk beds (total 4 beds 90), two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Outside, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Sancy and a pleasant swimming pool (heated from early June to late September), shower and wc. The kitchen garden of the cottage is at the disposal of enthusiasts or gourmands. WIFI. Heating included. Public parking at 20m or 50m. Closed ground. Daily itinerant baker also delivering to the cottage on order. Access by a small pedestrian streets sloping. Several leisure : Village of Montpeyroux with restaurants, workshop, heritage,... outdoor sports ( Hiking, mountain biking), bathing and water sport AT LAKE Aydat.
