On the ground floor, the living room which gives access to a pleasant terrace (garden table and chairs, parasol, barbecue) has a sofa bed (140x190cm), TV (French channels), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee maker), a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), storage space, an independent shower room and separate WC.
On the first floor, the mezzanine has a sofa bed (140x190cm) and the second bedroom has bunk beds (90x190cm).

Gruissan, a village known for its narrow streets that wind around its medieval Barbarossa Tower and its chalets on stilts, has its charm thanks to the beauty and diversity of the surrounding landscapes, with its fine sandy beaches, its vast marine lake, iridescent with the wind, and the immense wooded massif of La Clape.
Today, Gruissan is also a seaside resort where sports and cultural activities abound (windsurfing, jet skiing, fun board, guided tours, shows). You will also be charmed by its cafés along the yacht harbour, its nightclubs, its casino or its spa for a moment of well-being.
