Welcome to our large, tastefully decorated house, ideally located in a quiet area of the town of St-Hilaire-de-Riez, less than 15 minutes by car from the first beaches.

With a surface area of 170 m², this original home and its large outdoor space will delight young and old alike.

For your information, the owner of this charming house lives across the street, so you'll only have to share the parking.

Bed and bath linen are not included in the booking price.
However, we do offer hotel-quality linen for hire. (Subject to availability)

This accommodation consists of:

🔹 A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160*200), dressing room and its shower room with a shower, basin, hairdryer and towel dryer,
🔹 A second children's bedroom with two single beds (90*180) and closets,
🔹 A third bedroom with a double bed (140*200),
🔹 A bathroom offering bath, shower, double basins and storage units,
🔹 2 independent WCs,
🔹 A laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.

OUTSIDE:
🔹 A large 2005 m² garden with direct access to the forest.
🔹A wooden terrace with picnic table, barbecue, deckchairs and parasol.
🔹A children's play area with slide, swing and trampoline
🔹A small in-ground swimming pool available during July and August: dimensions: 3.50x2.50m - depth 1.35m with bench and solar safety cover, heated in summer to 27°C. Dates may be subject to change due to independent factors.


PLEASE NOTE: We would like to point out to travelers that parties and soirées are strictly forbidden in order to respect the place and the neighboring dwelling.

- 10 minutes by car from the Vie salt marshes
