This small detached vacation home with private pool, with outdoor area with furniture and barbecue, is located in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Designed by the owners as their own residence, it is equipped with all comforts. Located near San Gimignano and the Chianti area, this accommodation is an excellent starting point to visit Florence, Siena, Monteriggioni and Volterra. The house can be reached by a 300 m long gravel road. Distances: 3 km Poggibonsi (important town in the Val d'Elsa with stores of all kinds); 14 km the medieval town of San Gimignano; 30 km the fascinating city of Siena with its spectacular "Piazza del Campo"; 45 km away are the charming cities of Florence and Volterra with their cultural and architectural richness.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
