- A living room with a cosy area (sofa, comfortable chairs, HD TV) and a dining area (6-person table).

- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, etc.)

- Bedroom with double bed (160*200)

- En-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin.

First floor:

- First bedroom with double bed (140*190)

- Second bedroom with double bed (140*190)

- A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

Outside :

- A courtyard with garden furniture and dining table.

All linen provided.

Nearby activities: Riantec small sea, Port-Louis large beach, Interceltic Festival from August 04 to 13, 2023.

Historic sights: Port-Louis citadel, Éric Tabarly's Cité de la voile.
