Accommodating 2 people and located on the 4th floor (no elevator), the accommodation comprises a living area with a sleeping area featuring a sofa and a mezzanine bed; a fully-equipped, functional kitchen; and a shower room. A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each guest. The accommodation is located close to all amenities: several bars, restaurants and shops! For your daily shopping needs, you'll find Cocci Market and Carrefour Express just a 5-minute and 4-minute walk away respectively. It's also close to a number of places of interest: Château de Caen (10 minutes' walk); Musée des Beaux-Arts (11 minutes); Office de Tourisme et des Congrès (8 minutes); Eglise Saint-Pierre (7 minutes); Musée de Normandie (12 minutes); and many more ... The marina is just a stone's throw away. It offers a multitude of water sports and activities! The beaches of Cabourg and Ouistreham are 27 and 21 minutes respectively by car. ## Emplacement
Caen is a pretty town in northwestern France, located in Normandy. Like Rouen, it is known as the "City of a Hundred Bell Towers". City of William the Conqueror and capital of the Duchy of Normandy along with Rouen, the town has inherited a rich architectural heritage, some of which was destroyed during the Battle of Caen. This city is sure to delight history buffs, with must-see sites such as the ducal château, the Abbey aux Dames, Saint-Pierre church and the Rue Froide in the old town!
