While the architecture is Victorian, the top floor feels like a City loft. Fantastic views of the gardens and City. (from the Tribune Tower in Oakland, to the Salesforce Tower in San Francisco)

NOTES:
1) Stairs are steep and narrow. Please consider if you have problems with stairs.
2) For most of the huge top floor, the ceiling is 8 to 10 feet. However, on the edges, the rafters continue to less than 5 feet above the floor. The architecture is beautiful. Still, please consider if you may bump your head.
3) The stairs to the floor enter through one of the five bedrooms. Please consider if this may intrude on someone's privacy.
