Located on the 6th floor and last floor with elevator, the accommodation is quiet and is fully furnished and equipped. It includes:
- a room with a double bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a shower room;
- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

You will have everything at your disposal to have a great stay, namely: ironing board, coffee machine: Nespresso.

Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located in a quiet residential street, just two minutes walk from the Saint-Mandé Tourelle metro (line 1). It is also two metro stops from Nation (RER A) or Vincennes (RER A), allowing you to easily reach the centre of Paris or Disneyland Paris just 45 minutes away.

It is also located in a lively area, with many shops nearby, including a bakery, an Italian caterer, a Monoprix, shops, a cheese maker, a primeur, etc. Avenue du Général de Gaulle and Avenue de Paris, which are both very commercial, are also nearby. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.

For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket "Monoprix Saint-Mandé" just 3 minutes walk away.
