Your charming holiday home close to the famous perfumers of Grasse

Situated in the commune of Grasse, 20 km from Cannes and its beaches, in a quiet area, charming villa set in 3,500 m² of wooded grounds. Private swimming pool (10m x 5m - 1.70m flat bottom - alarm). Covered terrace with dining table, garden furniture and sun loungers. Charcoal barbecue, table tennis. Parking for 2 cars.

Non-air-conditioned villa of approx. 110 m² divided into two flats:

Entrance hall, living room with television
Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, combined American fridge, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso.
1 bedroom with double bed (140cm)
1 bedroom with two pull-out single beds (2 x 90cm)
A shower room with shower. Separate WC.
Washing machine.

Upstairs, via an independent external access:
Living room with sofa
Kitchen area with sink, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker
1 bedroom with double bed (160cm), television. Access to forest-view terrace.
Bathroom with bath. Separate WC.

A caretaker lives on the property below the villa. He is very discreet and will not disturb you. The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for you.
