This is a Studio Apartment -My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and 2 persons only so can also be 1 adult and 1 child.
It is very centrally located, walking distance to Mall, Shops, Art Splash Cafe and market, restaurants, bars, Fertility Clinic, and opposite the beach and boardwalk.
There is no balcony.
