Enjoy traveling with the family back to Riviera Maya a couple of times per year. I really enjoy sports and during the last few years I have transition from running marathons to Triathlons such as IronMan, Olympic and Sprint distances.

Why they chose this property

This property I acquired when Playa del Carmen was still rustic; so I have seen Playa del Carmen change to a more dynamic and urbanized town; however we have maintained Palma Sica and Las Palmas as a nice charming place to relax and enjoy. My family and I really enjoy the time we spend at Las Palmas and Playa del Carmen because it is a very nice town with plenty of activities to perform for all ages.

What makes this property unique

The location of Palma Sica is superb,. It is located half block from the main 5th avenue and only 5 blocks from the beach "Mamitas" located in the north of Playa del Carmen which is the most modern area with plenty of restaurant options and shops.
