Playa del Carmen villas

The home provided for all our vacation needs. The pool was just steps from the back door and the grounds were fantastic. You need to access your own TV streaming services. Great to have the filtered water system. Although we are walkers, stores may be somewhat further for some (at least 15-20 minutes at minimum) but taxis were always available.The kitchen was fully equipped and the house had an excellent BBQ. We went to The Reef Club using the passes provided. John and Chema were always available yo answer our questions. Playacar was extremely safe.

All 7 of us considered it amazing. It was perfectly located 2 short blocks from the beach, but also had a great little pool out front where we spent half our time. Roof top patio, multiple floors, multiple balconies meant that everyone could find some away space. The best part was that it was fully equipped. There were all the beach chairs, umbrellas that we needed, and a cooler. Two bicycles with a bike lock and key were perfect for a quick ride into town for groceries. This is the second time we've been to Playacar, and the next time, we will book here; I'm sure we wouldn't find a better place. Had lots of quick response communication with both the owner and Sergio, the on-site property manager, who passed by several times.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa as a family of eight. Plenty of space, well-maintained amenities, and reliable showers and AC. The outdoor jacuzzi was a hit with the kids, while the adults loved the shaded pool area - perfect for hot days.The location strikes a great balance: private and peaceful yet just a 10–15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The area is stunning, and the beach is literally a one-minute walk away.Communication with Cecilia was exceptional - she was always available to assist, though the house was so well-equipped that we rarely needed anything. Truly an outstanding stay - highly recommend this villa!

It is such a wonderful place. Only regret is we have to return home.

We stayed 3 weeks at this beautiful house. Location was perfect, house was very well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, soaps, toilet paper etc. We used the 2 bikes for groceries and the beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas plus numerous beach toys.House keepers were excellent and there was a guy at the house daily if we had any problems. Overall it was excellent!

My husband, kids and friends with 2 kids recently had the pleasure of staying for a week at this beautiful residence. The location is excellent, close to everything (minutes to the beach and a short walk to town) but the area is quiet and well kept. The house is beautiful, has recently been renovated with a real attention to detail. The concierge was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Frequent housekeeping, the gorgeous rooftop terrace and the added services (organized our shuttle, stocked the fridge, meal service and babysitting) made the stay luxurious. Tara is amazing and extremely helpful, house is beautiful and well kept kids had an amazing time seeing all the wildlife in the area. Playacar is a beautiful area, pool is large, area well kept, close to the beach and to 5th. Highly recommended

Case Elena is a lovely spot to holiday. Perfect location and the villa is a comfortable place to unwind. Pool is quiet and clean. Tara and Luis are such nice people- true gems, really. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
