The cottage is just 10 mins to downtown Bracebridge and 3mins from Allport Marina and Pride Marina for easy boat launch.

Enjoy sunbathing on the south- facing roof top deck, or on any of the other 3 sitting decks around the property.

The property includes a boat port with a 23 foot boat lift and roof top deck, outdoor dinning table for 8, BBQ, high speed Wifi, board games, blow up paddle board.

The cottage has an auto generator in the event of a power outage so you never have to worry about losing your power or groceries.

Kirby's beach is a 3min drive or 15min walk from the cottage for beach days with the family.
