The apartment Falabella (41 sqm), located on the 2nd floor, has a bedroom with double and bunk beds, and a toilet / shower room with cosmetic mirror and hair dryer. In the living room there is a dining area, a sofa bed, TV flat screen, CD player, and a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Upon request, a microwave can be provided.

Surrounded by green meadows and fruit trees you will find our farm Rossruck on about 890 vertical meters between the place Hundham and the spa town of Bad Feilnbach with a wonderful view of the Inn Valley and the surrounding mountain ranges. After a quiet night, enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet in the Bauernstube and then discover a piece of Bavaria in the romantic Leitzachtal valley with the Breitenstein mountain and the Wendelstein massif.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
