What makes this property unique

Presidential upgraded category far outshines the standard units and normally demand a higher rental price. Due to last minute plans, the price was slashed to $350. Cheaper than a hotel room. This condo is large with two bedrooms, two baths sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. ground floor VIP class. Grab this while it is still listed!
