The living room features a beautiful fireplace and hardwood floors throughout. Chef's kitchen with eat-in area, as well as formal dining which opens to a large patio for dining al fresco. Speakers are wired throughout and plus built in bar are perfect for entertaining in style. Controlled gate access opens up to a circular driveway for privacy and convenience.

Close enough to enjoy all that Sunset Blvd has to offer, yet removed and private.
