Summary:
This apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. It contains 3 bedrooms, and a kitchen and bathroom, and a 3-season porch.

This is the perfect spot for a work group, or a group that has plans in the Columbus area during the days, but want a quiet cozy place to rest at night.

The Space:
Please know that the apartment does not have a living room or dinning room.

There is a laundry facility available for use in the basement, as well as a parking spot in the back of the property.

Each bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom on the 3rd floor is very spacious, and has 2 queen beds.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full private access to the apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Guests will have access to a shared laundry facility in the basement. and also a community hallway and front door. The front porch, and yard space is shared with the guest on in the apartment on the first floor.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
