Located in a private neighborhood, it is a 2-5min drive to Woodinville wineries and entertainment and Downtown, easy access to highways for hospitals and other venues.
The Tolt Pipeline trail within 1 block and the paved Sammamish River Trail located 1 mile away. Both excellent for walking, running, trail or road biking.
