The RV

For those looking for a unique stay, our two-bedroom, two-bathroom RV is in immaculate condition and a firm favorite in Pueblo! Such a sizeable RV boasts a vast open concept kitchen/living room, and reaps the benefits of not one but two exterior doors! These doors provide access to the kitchen and also straight into the bathroom – perfect for allowing people to use the restroom without trampling through the camper! Add to this a well-equipped additional outdoor kitchen, stocked with a refrigerator, sink, stove, and microwave, and you have an irresistible opportunity to enjoy all the outdoors has to offer.

The master bedroom offers the luxury of an ensuite bathroom, whilst the second bedroom is a bunk style, consisting of two bunks and a full bed. For extra sleeping facilities, the kitchen/living room includes the potential for two more queen beds, through a transforming table and pull out couch. The camper will, therefore, sleep ten people comfortably, and as many as 14 if some of the guests are children.

The Home

Just out of your door is a shaded, gorgeous spacious deck that is located within the gated backyard with chairs, a side table, and a space to hang your hammock! Perfect for enjoying a sunny Colorado morning or winding down at the end of your day. The rest of the yard is shared with the Lexington Studio (another KHG property!) and includes a grill and fire-pit area.

Street parking is close, plentiful, and free and is usually right out front or very close by. Should you prefer to park off the street or in the same spot each day/night, we have limited off-street parking (uncovered), which can be booked for $2 per night or $10 per week. Feel free to get in touch to check if we have any available spaces :)

Exploring Pueblo

Your home-away-from-home is located in the quiet, family-friendly Belmont neighborhood, with an area of shops and restaurants (fast food, grill, Chinese, Mexican) just a stroll away. Within walking distance are hiking & bike trails, CSU is a hop and skip away, and downtown is a ten-minute drive, with the beautiful Historic Arkansas Riverwalk. I-50, I-25, and I-47 are all quick and easy to access, making Pueblo Lake Reservoir just a 15-minute drive and Desert Reef Hot Springs just 40-minutes away. Enjoy state parks, Colorado Springs, and Denver as you explore this stunning area! Upon arrival, a welcome manual awaits, containing detailed information about local food, the area attractions, the studio itself, and more.

We proudly and directly manage a team of 5-star cleaners in the use of our own eco-friendly and naturally made KHG cleaning supplies, caring for you and our environment. Our team has been thoroughly coached in the disinfection and sanitation of all touchpoints, surfaces, kitchenware, and linens, including upholstery. With our guests’ health and safety our top priority, deep cleaning takes place on a routine basis.

PETS: We’d love to host you AND your house-trained pets! Please message before booking to check your pets qualify and can be accommodated. There is a small additional fee and pet deposit (refundable, assuming no damage occurs) to cover the cleaners’ time and additional products to be used for cleaning after a pet stay.

Welcome, responsible pet owners!
Please note the following rules should you like your pet to join you:
- Pets must be house trained
- Please ensure that your pet's waste is picked up and disposed of in the outdoor dumpster only.
- Pets must be supervised in your room or leashed and fully supervised in communal spaces at all times
- Pets are not allowed to pee on the decking areas
- Please provide your own blanket or towel for any furniture your pet chooses to sit on
- A pet fee and pet deposit must be paid to cover unforeseen costs. The deposit is of course refundable assuming no damage occurs, and will be processed within 15 days. If additional cleaning goes above one hour, the extra will be deducted from your pet deposit
- Please do not bath your pet in our home (our drains just can't handle it!)
- Be considerate of other guests and control barking, especially between the hours of 8pm and 8am
In the vast majority of cases, these rules are simply here as a reminder and are followed naturally (because our guests rock!) Thank you so much for your cooperation, and we hope you have a wonderful stay!
