FlipFlopper Beach House - 3 Min to The Beach - Golf Carts and Club Amenities

Well appointed family focused beach home only a 3 minutes walk from the White Sand Beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and 5 min walk to Pool Club Amenities. Carts and access to the Island Club Private Amenities included. North Captiva is the southernmost of a string of lightly developed Barrier Islands along South West Florida's Gulf Coast. This is a UNIQUE place that is a great step away from the chaos of most Tourist Focused Beach Towns.

Rental Rate includes Luggage Delivery (1 arrival) use of Golf Cart (2nd is there if available but not guaranteed) and access to the Island Club @ North Captiva's Private Amenities. Hard limit on 6 guests - rare exceptions but please ask.

Our Family has been coming to NCaptiva for years and are very fortunate to have been introduced to the Island by good friends and business partners. This is truly our Families Beach Home so its setup to ensure the needs of your family are met to enjoy a low key time @ the Beach.

Why they chose this property

Well setup and functional, our family uses the home regularly so its appointed to accommodate your families needs as well. Having close proximity to the Barttlet Beach Access is a plus - most people don't understand that you only have two Public Beach Access on NCaptiva.

What makes this property unique

One of the closest homes to beach access without the higher cost of being on the Beach Front Main Road. Its only a 3 min walk to the beach and quite enough to allow your kids to run free and explore.
