- Off-season: 399 SAR/night mid week, 499 on weekends (Thur & Fri)
* Seasons/vacas: extra 100/night.
- Weekly: 2700. Seasonal: 3000
- Monthly: 7700 (include VAT & fees)(Prices reasonably negotiable for some cases)

* An extra nightly-rate should be paid as a refundable deposit if everything is fine. A deduction from it will occur based on the damage if done.
