We’ve been owners at Peak 7 for 12 years and Peak 8 for 2 years. We live on the east coast and come to Breck twice a year, we love the property, the mountain, the town. Love to visit and you will too!
Why they chose this property
Grand Colorado at Peak 8 is the newest property built by Breckenridge Grand Vacations. They take pride in their properties, and pay attention to all details to ensure owners and guests have the best of everything. Peak 8 has a contemporary feel, the lobby and bar is beautiful, great spa, and the location is perfectly located at the base of Peak 8 mountain. Use the shuttle to take you to town for drinks/ dinner so you don’t have to park. Enjoy everything this resort has to offer.
