The Space:
The Mulberry is our first dual-level treehouse! Relish luxurious amenities such as community hot tubs and a covered dining porch. Enjoy the amenities you’re accustomed to like Wi-Fi, walk-in showers, TV streaming services, and a tiny-home kitchen! Easily enjoy all that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge has to offer – you're approx. 15 minutes away! This treehouse sleeps between 8-10 guests. In the upper level, you’ve got 1 bedroom & a lofted bed. The Mulberry is a perfect treehouse getaway in Gatlinburg, Tennessee! In this multi-level treehouse, you will find a well-equipped tiny-home kitchen, including a fridge, microwave, dual hotplate, coffee pot, utensils and more. This treehouse comfortably sleeps 8-10: on the main level, there is one queen-size bed in a bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the loft and a sleeper sofa. On the upper level, there is a queen-sized bed in a bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the second loft. Attached to the main level deck is a screened-in dining porch with a table that seats 8 – perfect for enjoying your breakfast and taking in the STUNNING view of the Smoky Mountains! Get out and enjoy downtown Gatlinburg or enjoy then scenic views in one of our community hot tubs!

Layout:
As you walk to the treehouse, you’ll see stairs to your left. These lead to the upper level of the treehouses. When you walk up the stairs, you’ll walk onto the upper-level deck and into the upper-level indoor area of the treehouse. Greeting you at the entry way is a ladder that leads to the 1st loft with a queen-sized bed. This space also has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bathroom fit with a shower. When you leave the upper level and descend the stairs, you’ll see an indoor area to your right. This space holds a living space with a leather sleeper sofa, another ladder that leads to a lofted queen-bed, a tiny-home kitchen, a second bathroom and another bedroom with a queen-sized bed. To the right of the stairs is a screened dining porch fit with a table and chairs.

Guest Access:
This treehouse has keypad entry using a code provided via email before your stay. While this allows for no-contact entry, feel free to stop by our general store and visit with us and get some fan gear!

The Neighborhood:
Our treehouses are in the ideal spot for those wishing to explore Gatlinburg! While you feel hidden among the trees, you’ll be able to easily access city life in Gatlinburg. Our treehouse resort is near Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & Sevierville, TN.

Some local favorites and nearby attractions include Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, The Island in Pigeon Forge, The Titanic Museum Attraction, The Hollywood Wax Museum, The Old Mill Restaurant, The Gatlinburg Space Needle, Anakeesta, and Ober Gatlinburg.

We also have several hiking trails, horseback riding, picnic and camping facilities, and more close by!

Getting Around:
Taxi services, Uber, Lyft are available. Downtown Gatlinburg offers trolley service. There is ample public parking available for driving around the area.

In addition, our office is at the Welcome Center/General Store at Norton Creek. Feel free to stop by! We offer souvenirs and everyday items.

Other Things to Note:
While we love our furry friends and this is a pet friendly property, we do have a few things to know:
- We ask that you keep them off the bed, pickup after them outside, and prevent them from 'marking' anything inside. If excessive hair or urine is found inside, we will contact you regarding any necessary fees.
- And finally, we do require you to disclose that you're bringing a pet as we have a $100 pet fee, per pet. Limit of 2 animals at this property.
