The beautiful 3-bedroom duplex apartment is located in the newly completed house Mateika in the heart of Westerland. You reach the apartment with south-facing terrace via a separate entrance.  It is located away from the road and quiet. Through the hall, with access to the first bathroom, you reach the spacious open, bright living room with fitted kitchen, TV and comfortable seating area and the BIG SOFA.  From here you reach the south terrace with cozy lounge furniture. Enjoy the summer evenings looking towards the setting sun.  Through the internal staircase you reach the two exclusive bedrooms, each equipped with beds from the manufacturer Hästens. Both bedrooms have carpenter-made generous closets and modern TV sets. The bedrooms have a separate bathroom.  We have the apartment due to our experience very high quality and lovingly furnished.  We are happy if you like it with us. 

Welcome to our apartments Meer-Lust-Sylt in the newly completed house Mateika in the heart of Westerland. Reach our beautiful apartment with east exposure in the 2nd OG comfortable with the elevator. It lies at the end of the corridor, so that no noise is expected by the neighbors. Our garden suite with ground floor terrace can be reached via a self-sufficient entrance at the house. This is characterized in particular by our exclusive beds of the company Hästens.  If you arrive by car, there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. If you want to bring your own bikes, there are parking spaces at the house. The accommodation of bicycles in the house or in the apartments is prohibited.
